Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Orders placed before 12 pm CST—Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)—will ship within 2-3 business days. If your order is placed after 12 pm CST on Friday, it will be processed the following week.  

Most US based orders ship within 48 hours and will arrive within 5 to 7 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. For orders shipping to Canada, expect 3 to 5 business days for processing time and 5 to 7 business days for transit time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Free Shipping Requirements and Exclusions 

When an order totals $100 or more, and all packages in the order are standard size packages, the shipping charges will be free.  Products weighing over 70 pounds or oversized paackages do not qualify for free shipping.  For a shipping estimate for oversized or overweight items, please contact us at traveling@rvpanda.com and include the product title and part number (as applicable), and the zip code where you'd like it shipped to in the email.
