RV Wheel Chocks

Maybe you're wondering - WHY is it it important to use WHEEL CHOCKS?  Wheel chocks are necessary for your RV - whether you are in a motorhome, travel trailer, fifth wheel, or pop up camper - to keep them from rolling away! They are designed to prevent stationary RVs from shifting or moving when not in use and help to prevent accidents, as well as keep those you love SAFE! Parking brakes work well to keep your RV stable, but they are not reliable on their own. Parking brakes are much less likely to fail when used in combination with wheel chocks. Use wheel chocks placed in between or behind the wheels, especially on hills, and they will ensure your home-on-wheels stays firmly planted - exactly where you put it! 

The practice of keeping your travel trailer stable by using wheel chocks is called chocking. It is important to chock your fifth wheel or travel trailer wheels before disconnecting the trailer from the tow vehicle.
